This is the last topic on easy breezy skin care routine. The first two that is Detoxifying and moisturizing we have already discussed. If you haven’t read it then please do take a look on the previous topics.

Today we will discuss what all foods should we include in our diet to get healthy skin. Ill tell you few things that I follow on daily basis and it has shown amazing results on my skin. 


Healthy skin is a reflection of overall diet and lifestyle. Food is the main source for all the systems in your body to work well. Externally you can use as many products as you want but until and unless you are eating unhealthy it wont help your skin to repair itself and that is why eating the right food is extremely important.

Now keeping a check on what you eat or following a diet is not some rocket science. Its very simple and convenient. Here are a few do’s and dont’s that will help you achieve a glowing and healthy skin.



WATER- Drink a lot of water. It is extremely important to avoid dehydration which causes dry skin. It flushes out all the impurities from your body which helps in avoiding breakouts , acne and other skin issues.

APPLE CIDER VINEGAR- Now trust me this it is going to help you a lot to detoxify your body and it helps in avoiding acid reflux, it solves all your digestion problems as well. 

As soon as you get up in the morning mix 1 spoon of apple cider vinegar in warm water. Add little honey and turmeric as well. 

VITAMIN C AND VITAMIN E- Vitamin C plays a major role in collagen formation and protecting skin against UV rays, it also helps in repairing the wear and tear of your body. So include foods like orange, lemon, strawberries, spinach , awla and other citrus foods. Now in our day to day diet body doesnt get required amount of Vitamin C from food. So start taking Vitamin C in the form of supplement. It is very easily available by the name celin in near by chemist shop.

Vitamin E helps the skin to remain conditioned and prevent dryness. It is also an antioxidant. So if you want that glowing skin do include Vitamin E. Include walnuts,almonds, nuts and seeds in your diet. Take Vitamin E supplement as well with Vitamin C everyday before bed. It is available by the name of Evion 400.

OMEGA 3- Omega 3 or fish oil acts as an antioxidant and keeps your skin hydrated. It prevents acne and ageing of your skin.It protects your skin against inflammation. So start eating food that are rich in Omega 3 like fish like salmon, nuts, flax seeds. You can include omega 3 supplement in your diet as well. The omega 3 Alaska softgel capsules are really good.

GREEN TEA- Very important. It helps your body to detoxify and increases metabolism. Increases the efficiency of digestive system. Have it in the morning or after lunch. 

The whole point of this healthy diet focuses on this very important that is detoxifying your body. Because when your body is able to flush out toxic properly it will show results on your skin. 


Avoid junk food. That is the main reason for unhealthy skin. The oil which it contains is very bad for your health. So try to avoid it as much as you can. 

Don’t expose your skin for longer hours in sunlight. Use scarf or stole.

Avoid drinking alcohol on daily basis because it tends to cause dehydration which strips out the moisture from your skin.

Dont use harsh products on your skin just to get rid of it all at once. They will dry your skin too much resulting in more skin issues. Use products that are sensitive and natural.



So this is all about how to take care of your skin. Follow a healthy diet, cleanse your skin and moisturize it. Make it your lifestyle. It wont just help you to get good skin but its good for your overall health as well.Give your body the care it needs.
