Hairfall, dry hair, dullness all these are common problems which people are facing now a days. The main reason is lack of nourishment both externally and internally. Ancient people had long, thick hair because they received the right nutrients and care. So i’ll just share with you all a very simple hair care routine and few products that are extremely good for your hair if you are suffering from any of these problems.

 

 

HAIR CARE ROUTINE….

1.OILING 

This is very very important if you want healthy hair. Twice a week and that is enough to provide the proper nourishment.

Tip- Use Indulekha hair oil or sesa hair oil. It is ayurvedic and will give your hair the best results. 

Another thing that you can do is mix one lemon juice with olive and castor oil and give yourself hot oil massage. This will give you shiny silky hair. 

These are the best hair oil. Apply and keep it overnight and wash the other day.

 

2.SHAMPOO

 

Go for shampoos that dont harm your hair much, like the tresemme botanique or the best is use a tresemme or matrix hair spa shampoo because it will give all the nourishment to your damaged hair. Just shampoo twice a week so that it doesn’t soak up all the moisture from your hair.

 

3. CONDITIONING

If your hair is damaged I would say go for hair spa cream instead of conditioner it will work best to give you the results. After hairwash just apply the cream and massage on your scalp and hair. Leave it for 10-15 minutes and then wash. Wella hair spa cream is amazing, you can go for matrix as well.

 

This is a very simple routine that is affordable and doesn’t include too many products. Just make it your lifestyle and soon you will start seeing results.




 


OTHER THINGS THAT YOU CAN TAKE CARE OF

1. Try to cover your hair when exposed much to sunlight and pollution because it tends to dry and damage your hair a lot.

2. Apply hair serum or leave in conditioner after washing your hair to nourish it.

3. Start taking celin(vitamin C) and Evion( vitamin E).

4. Diet is extremely important so start including foods that are high in protein.

5. Consistency is the key.So make it a practice.

6. Avoid straightening and blow drying your hair. They are the main reason for damaged and frizzy hair.
