INVEST IN YOUR HAIR, IT IS THE CROWN YOU NEVER TAKE OFF.

And this saying is so true. Healthy hair makes your face look so good. It enhances your features and is also a sign of good health. But now a days due to changing weather and urban lifestyle its not possible for us to have healthy hair like our ancestors had. So here are 5 quick and easy tips that you should include in your lifestyle for healthy hair.

1. HOT OIL

Mix castor oil, olive oil and microwave it till its warm. Castor oil promotes hair growth and olive oil moisturises your scalp. Massage on your scalp for 10 minutes. This increases blood circulation and relieves stress. Hot oil absorbs into scalp at much faster rate as compared to oil at normal temperature, so it is very beneficial to get healthy hair.

2. HAIR SPA

If you have damaged hair or have a dry scalp, replace your conditioner with hair spa cream. After every wash, instead of applying conditioner massage hair spa on scalp and hair strands. It hydrates your scalp, smoothens hair and is good for hydrating dry split ends.

3. GINGER

Ginger has anti-inflammatory and anti septic properties which helps to get rid of dandruff, softens the hair and promotes growth of healthy hair. Grind ginger, strain its juice in a bowl and mix it with any oil. Apply it only on your scalp and keep it for one hour, then wash your hair.

4. LEAVE IN CONDITIONER

Leave in conditioners help in locking moisture, detangling hair and prevent them from further damage to an extent. Apply leave in conditioner after towel drying your hair and you can then style your hair.

5. AVOID HEAT

Whenever possible make sure that you avoid blow dryers or straighteners. Rather let your hair dry naturally. Heat severely damages your hair for at least four months after one use. Don’t use it much in order to avoid damage in long run.

Including simple routine in your lifestyle is very beneficial for years ahead. So start acting now!
