We all have various skin issues due to different skin types. So when it comes to skin care routine we often get confused about which one to try on our skin. Taking care of your skin indirectly is linked to taking care of your body. When your internal body system is healthy and cleansed it reflects on your skin. So here are 5 tips that you should include in your daily routine to get acne free skin.
If you have an acne prone skin then the most important thing you should take care of is hygiene as your skin is extremely sensitive. Wash your pillow covers and bedsheets often to get rid of bacteria that can cause acne. Use a fresh towel every time and avoid sharing things with other people.
2. DON’T USE HARSH PRODUCTS
There are few products that tend to dry your skin a lot. These products clear acne for a while but can also make your skin extremely dry and flaky. Avoid such products and don’t harm your skin.
3. USE A MILD MOISTURISER
Using a mild moisturiser immediately makes your skin hydrated and smooth. It helps your skin to breathe and doesn’t clog pores which thereby prevents acne.
4. DETOX GREEN TEA AND JUICES
Have detox green tea two hours after your lunch everyday or replace your morning tea with green tea. Also add green juices, detox juices and fruit juices in your diet. This helps in flushing out toxins from your body.
5. USE TEA TREE FACE WASH, FACE MASKS AND CREAMS
Tea tree oil has anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties which helps in reducing swelling, inflammation and redness caused due to acne. It also helps to lighten pimple scars and gives you clear glowing skin. So select products that have tea tree oil in it.
